Building Industry Administrator/SIte Safety

 The successful applicant will have some knowledge and experience in the building industry or a genuine interest to upskill into this position.

While training will be provided for aspects the new person may need , the successful applicant will show through there existing experience, that they have the needed attitude and aptitude to pick up these skills or have as many of these skills as possible

Must have a Full Drivers license, Pass a drug test & Police Check

Responsibilities include;

general office processes and filing,

photographing and recording stages and elements as completed of builders,

processing ordering building materials

tracking when materials will arrive,

keeping track as materials are used and need reordering,

Sourcing materials, sub-trades, 

quantity surveying,

some Xero accounting,

Managing site safety
