A
Wanganui Pool is seeking Lifeguards to join their team.
The
position involves monitoring swimmers at a community pool, therefore applicants
must be strong swimmers. The role involves maintaining a healthy swimming
environment, so you will require good communication skills and the ability to
get on well with people from all walks of life. Training will be provided to
the right candidate pre-employment and the employer can assist the successful
candidates with obtaining their first aid certificate and lifeguard certificate
before commencing paid employment. So, if you're the person for this job, then

Applicants
must be able to swim as part of the lifeguard test (8 laps within 4mins 30
secs). The employer will work with you to get to this level, but you do need to
be able to swim to begin with. A police check will be conducted.
