Class 5 Driver at Waverley Wind Farm

 A Hamilton based employer is seeking a Class 5 Truck Driver to join their team. Duties include loading and unloading vehicles using lifting devices, packing of loads, regular quality checks of vehicles and maintaining that vehicles are in good condition, working as a team member to help keep the project moving, actively carry out Health & Safety measures, and forklift and Telehandler duties. Accommodation supplied if out of area, living away allowance - $50/ day worked. 6 days per week from 6am to 6pm although these may change due to weather and operational requirements; 6 weeks on, 1 week off.

Preferably you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience operating trucks with a diverse mix of loads.

Have a thorough understanding of operating Class 5 trucks.

Have flexibility with hours – this is a busy role and may involve varied start and finish times.

Ability to safely load/unload vehicles.

Ability to pass a pre employment drug test and MOJ check
