Meat Processing Worker

 

Workers are needed for the Slaughter Floor, Boning floor and Freezers department at a local Meat Processing Factory based in Te Kuiti.

 

You will be a team player, must be able to handle both edible and inedible product, be able to handle livestock and be around offal and blood.

 

To be the successful candidate, you will need to have

  • reliable transport
  • experience or an interest in working as a boner or slaughterer
  • excellent knife handling skills
  • good hygiene
  • be physically strong.

 

The ability to pass a drug and police check is a must. An up to date CV with relevant references is also required.
