A local manufacturing company is looking for a Factory Hand.
You will need to have clear communication skills (verbal and written), be
self-motivated, highly reliable and have a strong work ethic. Regular work is
done out of town, so you need to be available when required. The role is
physical so you will need to be fit, strong and hardworking. Training is
provided but the employer is looking for someone wanting a permanent job with a
view to advance within the company. Having class 2 driver licence is highly
advantageous or having a full class 1 and being prepared to get a Class 2 as
soon as possible.
Need to pass police vetting and pre-employment drug test. A
proven work history is required. Must be able to work unsupervised and have
excellent problem-solving skills. A team player who is reliable, with good
numeracy and literacy.
